In 1996, Omotola married her heartthrob Captain Mathew Elkeinde. At the time, she was only 17 years old. They have four children: 2 boys and 2 daughters.

They are named Princess, Meraiah, Meraiah, and Michael. Omotola was the mother to Princess, her first child, on 30/03/97.
