The divorce between Ye (Kanye West) and Kim Kardashian was finalized Tuesday, 29 November 2022, with the rapper agreeing to pay her $200,000 a month in child support.
According to the settlement papers filed with Los Angeles County Superior Court, Ye agreed to begin paying Kardashian next month for their four children younger than 10.

The two will have custody of each other, but he is still accountable for most of their tuition at private schools, college fees and dental and medical bills, as per the document.
The lawyer for Ye didn’t answer a query for comments Tuesday evening. Likewise, Kardashian’s lawyer was not available to discuss the matter.
The couple got married in 2014. Kardashian was divorced in 2014 and claimed in court papers that her posts on social media about their relationship were “misinformation” that caused her emotional stress.
Ye contests her prenuptial contract as well as Kardashian’s false information assertions.
In court papers, an attorney for Ye said Kardashian’s claim was “double hearsay” and said she could not prove that he was the one who wrote the posts.
A Judge declared Kardashian “legally single” in March after she was allowed to keep divorce proceedings separate to settle first her name, legal and marital status.
The settlement on Tuesday dealt with their finances, assets, and custody arrangements.
